RETURNS

What is your Returns Policy?

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons. This is clearly stated on each listing in the 'RETURNS' section. All sales are final and made to order.

If you are unsure on your sizing please look at our Sizing guide for accurate measurements or use the Contact us form to email us with your full, up-to-date body measurements and we will be happy to assist you on the correct sizing.

If you product is faulty upon the arrival of your delivery. Please email your concerns within 14 days of your delivery; to mail@ivoryone.co.uk with a photo of proof. 

If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received by us within 30 days after the delivery date, we reserve the right to refund or charge for a replacement item. Items must be un-used and in new condition with all labels, hygiene strips and swing tags attached. If a faulty item is returned to us in not new condition; damaged, marked, no hygiene stickers on, with odours or with tags no longer attached, we will not be able to process a refund. In this case we will offer to return the item to you and ask you to cover the costs of delivery. If we don’t hear back from you within 14 days, the goods will be destroyed.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order and please take care when trying items on.

If you return a faulty item that was not purchased from us, we’ll do our best to contact you from the details provided in the parcel. We’re happy to send these back to you but you would be required to pay a redirection fee to cover the cost. If we don’t hear back from you within 14 days, the goods will be destroyed.

Can I exchange items?

I don't have a returns note, what should I do?

No returns form? No problem; simply include a note with your name, order number and reason for returning inside the package. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
